First up. Who is Seyi Vibez and what influenced the name?

My government name is Afolabi Oluwaloseyi Balogun. Growing up I used to be a kid with a different view on things and just wanted different. So every time with my pals, I just always try to share and keep everyone on the same frequency as me, so they started calling me “Seyi with the vibe.”

What are your earliest memories of music?

My earliest memories of music my father and elder brothers listened to, the music playing on the streets at barbershops and bars and stuff.
