Goidsargi Estibaliz „Esti“ Carranza Zabala^[1], von 2002 bis 2008 Goidsargi Estibaliz Holz (* 6. September1978 in Mexiko-Stadt), ist eine spanisch-mexikanische Geschäftsfrau und Doppelmörderin. Sie tötete 2008 ihren Ehemann und 2010 ihren Lebensgefährten und deponierte deren zerstückelte Leichen in einer zugemauerten Tiefkühltruhe unterhalb ihres Eissalons in Meidling, Wien. Nachdem die Leichen im Juni 2011 bei Reparaturarbeiten entdeckt wurden, floh Carranza aus Wien und wurde von der Polizei kurz darauf in Italien verhaftet. In der Presse wurde Carranza als Eislady bezeichnet und zu einer der bekanntesten Persönlichkeiten der jüngeren österreichischen Kriminalgeschichte. Seit ihrer Verurteilung verbüßt sie eine lebenslange Freiheitsstrafe in der Justizanstalt Asten in der gleichnamigen oberösterreichischen Marktgemeinde. Über Carranzas Leben wurden bereits zwei Bücher verfasst, wobei sie bei einem selbst als Autorin mitwirkte.

An Austrian court has sentenced a woman dubbed the "ice killer" who cut up her husband and lover with a chain saw and hid them in the cellar of her ice cream parlour to life in a mental institution.

Goidsargi Estibaliz Carranza Zabala, 34, who has joint Spanish-Mexican citizenship, was sentenced to life in a secure mental institution for killing her ex-husband in 2008 and two years later her new partner.

"I can't say anything other than that I am sorry that I took Holger and Manfred's lives," a tearful Carranza said in a short final statement to the court in Vienna after a trial lasting four days.

Chief prosecutor Petra Freh said the killings were "depraved and horrific," calling her a "highly dangerous woman ready to do anything."

Carranza shot Holger Holz and Manfred Hinterberger, dismembered them and then concealed the parts in lumps of concrete that she then stashed in the cellar of her "Schleckeria&
